Fix elements that do not change
Define logo, colours, fonts, margins, title areas and signature position. Use approved and available resources with necessary rights. If every image simultaneously changes typography, composition and palette, the brand loses continuity even when the single result is pleasing.
Distinguish illustration and layout
You can use AI to create a visual element and then compose title and logo in a controllable template. Generators can produce texts, but they must be checked character by character. For long titles assess a faithful synthesis: reducing the body every time until the text is tiny is not a solution.
Write a verifiable visual brief
Indicate subject, purpose, palette, style, free space and what to exclude. Specify if the image is symbolic or must represent a real event. An illustration of a bank is not a photograph of the cited bank: context and caption must avoid misunderstandings. Do not attribute responsibility for documentary accuracy to the generator.
Look at the result on a small screen
Check contrast, readability, cropping and logo proportions in the actual destination. Save the template and record which variants are allowed. The final check also concerns rights, representations of people and transparency of AI use, as appropriate.
