The first document is the brief
Before asking for thirty ideas, clarify who you are talking to, what action you want to encourage and what materials you have. A plan to raise awareness of a publication is different from one to collect commercial requests. Also write down constraints, excluded themes and people who must approve. The system does not know this information unless you provide it.
Build columns, not a random list
Choose a few recognisable themes: news, explanations, real cases, people and questions. Ask for proposals for each theme, linked to a source or real material. Content without sufficient information remains a proposal to develop, not a box to fill by inventing facts.
Give each output a task
For each content indicate channel, format, message, call to action, necessary material, responsible person and status. An initial frequency, for example three releases per week, is an organisational choice to verify with available resources: not a formula to please the algorithm. Leave space for news and unforeseen events.
Review the plan with the results
After a comparable period, observe what has actually been published and what actions it generated. Separate sponsored content from organic ones. Use AI to find questions in the data, then check hypotheses and change one choice at a time. Do not reorganise everything based on a single post.
